Mark Fox

President & Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years marketing and PR experience in the technology sector, Mark has assisted many companies with their international communications programmes from major corporations such as HP, Motorola, Siemens, Spirent, Tata Communications and Verizon to smaller organizations such as Cylance, Menlo Security, Symphony Communications, Extreme Networks, Infinera, TippingPoint, Wedge Networks and industry forums such as the MEF, ONF and OpenCloud Connect.

Most of these relationships have been conducted at the highest level and references are available on request from Presidents, CEO’s, GM’s and Senior Vice Presidents within these and other organisations.

Mark is also CEO of International Press Events company NetEvents International and prior to that was Managing Director of a Pan-European PR Agency which he sold in 1998 to one of the UK ‘s largest privately owned agencies.

Greg Cross

Account Director – North America

Results-driven PR pro with exemplary communication skills and leadership. I have a track record for delivering visibility while working across various disciplines. My experience spans communications strategy, message creation, planning, AR and IR.

I have 18 years of global PR management experience, social media, video production and market analyst relations. My areas of expertise include all forms of networking, security and converged communications and some storage. I have worked both at an agency and in-house while with Shandwick International (1996-2000) and Extreme Networks, Inc. (2000-2015).

Alan Zeichick

Content Development

Alan based in Phoenix, Arizona, provides valuable insights into the North American market as well as possessing excellent media skills and relationships.

A former software engineer and systems analyst, Alan has been working as a technology analyst, writer and editor since the early 1980s, and brings not only an unparalleled understanding of the technology, but also deep knowledge and relationships with key journalists and media outlets in the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to creating SD Times, Alan served as the chief editor of LAN Magazine and as the founding editor of Network Magazine, and has written for dozens of global technology publications both under his own name and as an executive ghost writer. He also served as Editor of the Computer Security Journal, published by the Computer Security Institute, and as founder of the Software Security Summit series of conferences.

Alan’s current accounts at Zonic include OpenCloud Connect, CENX, Hubble, MEF and Wedge Networks.

Orietta Sutherberry

Account Director, International

An accomplished international communicator with two decades’ experience working in a strategic, pan-EMEA role for a global technology leader and a Fortune 500 company.

A strategic planner and expert at delivering on complex projects, in alignment with business requirements, Orietta has driven multiple creative PR campaigns at international level, including collaboration with prominent brands like Red Bull and Tag Heuer, and conceived and coordinated the launch of many new leading-edge technologies for Intel Corporation. Experienced at crafting effective, audience-led communications, Orietta has extensive experience with copywriting – from standard media communication to thought-leadership content. During her time at Intel she covered pan-EMEA PR roles supporting both enterprise and client technology as well as IT analysts’ relations.

Kate Innes

Senior Account Director, International

A highly experienced Public Relations consultant, Kate has over thirty  years’ experience gained from working for blue chip companies and world class PR agencies.

Previously, Kate was Head of Communications at BT Cellnet/O2 Telefonica, prior to that she was Senior VP for Fleishman Hilliard’s Technology Group.

Kate’s has extensive experience in offering strategic counsel and support at a senior executive level, including advising on M&A communications. In addition, she has a vast amount of ‘hands on’ experience in developing and driving international tactical communication programs, for clients like Extreme Networks, Microsoft, AOL, Infinera, Spirent Communications, Symphony Communications, HP TippingPoint, ONF and OpenCloud Connect

George Rickman

Account Executive, International

George works closely with Kate Innes on creating and implementing client PR campaigns, as well as generating reporting documents and capturing coverage. George also creates and executes social media plans for Zonic clients depending on their needs. Clients include VeloCloud Networks, Ziften and Javelin Networks.

Since graduating in 2012 George moved straight into PR and client relations.

Rosie Sutton

Marketing & Business Development Executive

Rosie is a marketing, sales and business development professional with 10+ years experience. Rosie has worked for NetEvents and Zonic Group since 2015 building close relationships with both clients, press and analysts around the globe. Since joining she as travelled all over the world supporting Mark Fox, the Team and clients such as Cylance, Spirent, Menlo Security, Javelin, Ziften and MEF to name a few.

Kitty Guillaume

Account Executive

Kitty works closely with Kate Innes and George Rickman on client PR campaigns, focusing predominantly on reporting and monitoring of media coverage. Clients include Infinera, VeloCloud, Menlo and Javelin.

She graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2016 with upper second class honours in English Literature. During her time at university Kitty contributed to a student run magazine, producing articles and assisting the editorial team.

Marina Telecki

Account Director LATAM

Marina Telecki has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications and has worked for different companies and Communication agencies. Her work has always been focused on relationships with media, opinion leaders, and digital influencers, in part mixed with strategies and content for social media; and on relationship with suppliers and partners located in Latin America. Most significantly Marina was responsible for PR projects in Latin America for Procter & Gamble; and in Brazil including SonyBmg, Emi Music, NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company, Napster, Instabridge, Outbrain, Rolex, 3M, among others. Marina has also worked as a journalist in the country’s leading publishers, such as Abril, Globo and Escala, as well as the largest UOL and Terra portals; and Internal Communication for Magnetti Marelli, Banco Carrefour and Unimed. For Zonic Group, Marina manages Brazil and Argentina PR campaigns for Infinera. Marina is graduate in Journalism with specialization in Marketing, and is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Uwe Scholz

Suzana Biseul

Account Director, France

Suzana is an experienced Account Director for Zonic, with international credentials and excellent media, influencers and social media contacts, both in the technical and business arena in France.

Suzana offers communication in local language, developing compelling content and customizing existing content for impactful delivery to the local audience in France.

An effective event organizer and coordinator – Suzana has a proven record of delivering meaningful results for international Zonic clients.

Suzana is a proactive, dynamic and energetic media relations expert – able to counsel on effective media outreach strategies including identifying media trends, news cycles and spin opportunities.

She is based in Paris but travels extensively in a professional capacity. She is interested in innovation and thrives in multi-cultural environments.

Italo Vignoli

Account Director, Italy

He has been active in high-tech PR and marketing since 1981, immediately after the launch of the IBM PC. Prior to switching to marketing & PR consulting in 1987, he has been a marketing executive in one of the largest technology companies worldwide. Since 2003, he is also active in marketing open source software. Although he has a degree in humanities, has a rather good understanding of technology.

Specialties: Marketing, marketing research, marketing communications and public relations, open source marketing, commercial open source.

Shirley Yeh

Account Director, APAC

Shirley Yeh is based in Shanghai, China and heads up Zonic Groups Asian PR and marketing operations managing the team covering the Asia-Pacific region. Key clients have included OpenCloud Connect, Extreme Networks, ONF, MEF, HP Tipping Point and Wedge Networks. Shirley has over 20 years marketing and media experience in the IT and communications area and holds an MBA from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania US.

Since 2000, Shirley has worked on strategic marketing and PR in Asia including looking at opportunities in Asia for western IT companies, providing advice and guidance for successful market entry, conducting marketing and media events, implementing localized operations, matching channels, and building success.
Prior to this Shirley was Publisher of Network Magazine Taiwan (the licensee of Network Magazine, CMP Group US) and a principal member of Information Manager Association, Chinese Open System Association (COSA), and Taipei Computer Association in Taiwan.

Shirley was also Senior Executive Vice President at International Daily News in California US and prior to this participated in establishing several IT magazines in Taiwan including IDG’s Taiwan Computer World.

John Ko (Won Ku Ko)

Lionel Snell

Technical Writer, International

Lionel will be responsible for writing technical articles and features and has worked with Zonic Founder and CEO Mark Fox for more than 25 years.

A technical communicator to non-specialist audiences for more than two-decades, Lionel Snell is a Cambridge mathematical analyst who enjoys getting to the core of complex, subtle subjects and communicating them in fresh and original ways.

Lionel has written all technical articles and features for our industry forum clients such as the MEF, ONF and CloudEthernet Forum since their formation plus a range of our Telecoms vendor and Service Provider clients.

Eva Keogan

Helen Whitworth

Helen is a marketing and PR professional with 20 years’ experience in the technology sector. Helen has worked for Zonic Group and the NetEvents team for the past 10+ years managing client relationships with press and analysts around the globe. Helen is also a member of the Cylance APAC PR Team.

Prior to this Helen was Global Marketing Communications Manager at Equant, and during this time Equant successfully completed a global re-branding programme and an initial public offering (IPO) of more than 26 million shares traded both on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Bourse de Paris. As Global Marketing Communications Manager Helen was responsible for effective and consistent communication both externally and internally. Prior to Equant Helen was European Marketing & PR Manager for UB Networks.
